So happy today i reached the daily goal that i set for myself
- 45 mins booty training(before meal) + 30 mins light cardio (1.5hrs after dinner... since i was too full then)
Always being lazy to maintain the workout routine, and finally i can leave the work behind.
Therefore, i cannot wate this chance, this good timing for picking up exercise again.
- Read 2 chapters about cognitive ease and confirmation bias. In addition, there's a theory call HALO theory to explain this bias of human behavior.
The book is called "Thinking Fast and Slow," not like novel which can easily read.
Need some affords to think about the content and to understand the experiment that designed by the author(who is a psychologist), like what he is gonna proof, what the correaltion between the result and the assumption is.
Consequently, that the speed i read this book is very slow. Need to turn the pages back & forth repeatedly to "study."
So quite happy i can finished 2 chapters ... and understand the content well : ).
